Returns and Refunds
Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable according to the Law.
To complete your return, a receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. We will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing delay before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at info@vysoka.techflagman.com, or contact our manager via the details provided on the Contacts page, and send the item to: 18 Mykoly Hrinchenka Street, Kyiv.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you the certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first and later gave it to you, we will send the refund to the original purchaser, who will be informed about your return.
Returning Goods by Mail
To return your product, please mail it to: 18 Mykoly Hrinchenka Street, Kyiv.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time of exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
