CLASSIC BLEND!
We combined two world classics. The first coffee comes from the global champion in both volume and automation of coffee cultivation – Brazil. Here, coffee grows at relatively low altitudes of around 800–1200 meters above sea level. Yet thanks to fully automated production and extensive irrigation systems, the coffee turns out exceptionally sweet, and most importantly – dense and consistent.
The second coffee comes from one of Africa’s most renowned coffee origins – Rwanda. It grows at much higher elevations of 1600–1800 meters, shaded by trees in the Nyamasheke region of the Western Province, and is harvested and processed entirely by hand. The altitude, red Bourbon varieties, and fresh farming and processing approaches result in a bright, sweet cup with a smooth, velvety body.
Both coffees are almost perfectly sorted by screen size on mechanical sorters, allowing us to create a blend with remarkable flavor consistency.
In this blend of two Arabicas, we’ve united the best qualities of Brazil – voluminous, full-bodied, and very sweet – with Rwanda – vibrant, aromatic, and equally sweet. Together, they unfold beautifully in espresso, while milk drinks delight with sweetness and creaminess, reminiscent of chocolate ice cream with crème brûlée! We crafted a versatile, classic blend that shines in nearly every brewing method, except for filter.
