Hadeso is a private processing station located in the Shakisso district in the Guji zone. The station is named after the nearby village and is one of twenty processing stations managed by Testi Coffee – a family company founded by Mr. Faisel Yonis.

Situated at 1850 meters above sea level, Hadeso has been producing exceptional naturally and washed processed lots since 2017. Currently, the station employs 250 seasonal workers and receives cherries from 500 independent farmers from surrounding villages.

The average coffee farm size is about 2 hectares. Coffee is the main crop, but in addition, farmers grow grains, bananas, and other crops. At altitudes of 1800–2050 meters above sea level, Shakisso produces truly outstanding coffee. The cool mountain climate, shade from other trees, excellent weather conditions, juicy heirloom varieties, and the extensive expertise of Testi’s management combine to generate an incredible product. The classic washed process highlights the genetic and terroir uniqueness, providing a clean and juicy texture, allowing us to enjoy a morning cup of coffee as if savoring a fine glass of dry white wine – with history and experience.
